First things first, you need an account and need to be logged in. Currently all new accounts need to be approved, so it might take a few hours before you can get going.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Add Child Page" link which sits at the end of the main content of the page above the Google add bar. A new window will open and you can add your content. Fill in a title, and start typing away in the blue-grey "Body" field. Use the formatting tools, you can even past stuff from Word if you prefer that.

Also, to add picture, click on "Insert/Edit Image" icon (the yellow square that looks like a letter box),
it will open a pop-up window.
Click "Browse Server", (marked A) which opens a new pop-up.

In the new pop-up at the bottom click on "Browse" and your home computer's files will show up, select the file (try to keep it to less than 200kB). Then you might want to "Create New Folder", name it with your login name (another pop-up), and select that folder in the large pop-up and hit "Upload". Close the big pop-up and you are back to the little popup, that should show now a piece of your picture (otherwise click "Browse Server" again and select it). The field to fill out is the width (marked C two pictures above), I typically use 500 (pixels), you can go up to 640, anything more will not look good. Hit "ok" and the picture is in the website, to center, click on the "Center Justify" icon.

Once you thing you are done click on "Preview" to review your page, then hit "Submit", both buttons found at the bottom of the page. Without submit the pages will not get on the web.
Some useful information you might want consider to add would be your full name (not everybody knows who jerry54 is), your horse's name, a cell phone number, and your email address, but be careful to write it down as hans (at) hotmail (dot) com , don't write hans@hotmail.com (a sure way to get spammed!).
