Bob and Marcy

I own my young gelding Paint "Mikey", while Marcy leases her Arab gelding "Jerrico", aka "JerriCola", therefore "Cola".   I spent nearly 30 years in Hi Tech Manufacturing before moving to an "encore" career at Stanford - getting paid to do my hobby as a Webmaster in the School of Engineering.  Marcy manages a large group of Business Analysts at Silicon Valley Bank.  

I joined the San Mateo Sheriff's Mounted Search and Rescue unit which gives me the opportunity to do volunteer work with my horse.  Much of it is riding, but occasionally it's merely on the ground with him.  It's great training for both of us.   Marcy doesn't ride as much as I do, working in Santa Clara, but her boy is quite mature and doesn't get sour, even if there are long gaps between rides.
